1. New Client Households Only
The referral offer is available only to first-time client households. Eligibility is determined by household, not by the number of dogs.

Share one of your dog’s personalized K9 Atelier referral codes with a friend.
Your friend’s household will receive 10% off eligible service charges on their first completed appointment.
After their appointment is completed and paid, you’ll receive Referral Credit equal to the dollar value of their discount.
Referral Credit accumulates in your account, and you may apply some or all of your available balance toward an eligible appointment.
2. First Completed Household Appointment
The 10% new-client discount applies to eligible service charges included in the household’s first completed and paid appointment. If multiple dogs are serviced as part of the same first household visit, the eligible service charges for those dogs will be combined before the 10% discount is calculated. Dogs added or booked after the household’s first completed appointment do not receive an additional new-client referral discount.
3. Reward Issued After Completion
Referral Credit is issued only after the referred household’s first qualifying appointment has been completed and paid in full.
4. Equal-Value Referral Credit
The referring client receives Referral Credit equal to the dollar value of the referred household’s actual 10% discount.
5. Accumulated Referral Credit
Referral Credit accumulates in the referring client’s account. Clients may apply some or all of their available Referral Credit toward one eligible appointment.
6. Eligible Service Charges Only
Referral discounts and Referral Credit apply only to eligible service charges. Travel fees, special handling fees and gratuities are excluded.
7. Other Promotions
Referral Credit cannot be combined with other promotional offers, coupons or discount codes.
8. Unlimited Referrals
There is no limit to the number of friends a client may refer or the amount of Referral Credit they may earn through valid completed referrals.
9. No Cash Value
Referral Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
10. Refunds and Reversals
If a qualifying payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, any related Referral Credit may be cancelled, adjusted, reversed or placed under review.
11. Misuse
K9 Atelier reserves the right to review, suspend or cancel Referral Credit resulting from duplicate accounts, self-referrals, duplicate households, misuse or fraudulent activity.
